RING SPACER

Ensures positioning of the reinforcing mesh from form and brick surface element.

• Stock colours: grey, white, black and midbrown.
• Six ring spacer is a reversible spacer, by increments of 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm.
• Eight ring spacer is a stronger reversible double ring spacer and stands thus better heavier reinforcements.
  
• Increments by 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm, Ø 170-260 mm.
  

Six ring spacers = set Ø 160-300 mm.

RING SPACER

ABR 290 This ring spacer suits well for centering the mesh in horizontal forms. Covers 60 – 160 mm.

PRIMA SPACER

Good alternative for ring spacer in a spot where spacer´s barlike form is an advantage; for example, narrow gaps where ring spacer will not fit.

• Top pegs at 50 mm intervals facilitate measurement of correct distance of rebars.

FRAME STEEL SUPPORT

Frame steel support is used to support the element in structures

• The product gives a 35 mm protective distance. In addition, the product is off-grade 25 mm of the protective radius.
• There are four different distance from the steel 150, 160, 180 and 200 mm

MESH SPACER CAP

• Stock colour: grey
• Used as an edge stopper to ensure sufficient cover and as protective plug for legs of reinforcing stand mounting racks

INSULATION FIXING NAIL

In precast fixing nail is pushed through insulation into soft concrete. Käytetään myös maavaraisten lattioiden eristeiden kiinnittämiseen päälle valettavaan betoniin.

AVN 100 and 125 nails have added grip, so they can be used:

• For fastening extra insulation to element seam
• For fastening corner joint heat barrier in plinths 
• For connecting protective plastic in precast factories

CAVITY SLAB PLUG

 CHAMFERED MOULDING

FIXED LIFTING LOOP RECESS FORM

• A fixed size recess will be formed around the lifting loop.
• Cutting of the loop at the bottom of the recess.
  
• Enables cutting 30 mm and 35 mm from concrete surface.
  

WIRE ROPE LOOP SYSTEM

Good alternative to existing wire rope loops.

• Overall working time per dowel is reduced

BINDING POINT RECESS FORM

• Binding point recess form is positioned behind frame steel against the formwork edge, with flat side on formwork lower or upper surface.

SEALING COMB

• For covering the penetration points of steel wires on both sides of wires in pretensioned beams.

INLET PLUG

• Inlet plugs are used for installing single rebars going through formwork.

INSTALLATION BOX SUPPORT

• Installation box support for Ensto and Strömfors box types.
  
• Installation box support makes it easier to install the box either on top of casting by means of magnet or on top of insulation by insulation fixing nail.
  
• For appliance box fastening, a base is always required.
  
• In addition, an adjustable stem in steel form is required, and an insulation fixing nail when the box is fastened to insulation.
  
• Fastening onto a formwork is done by means of an adjustable stem which has been fastened to a low magnetic plate, Ø 70 mm, height 12 mm and thread 16 mm.
  
• By cutting the stem suitably, the box can be adjusted to level with casting.
  
• Box which is placed on top of insulation is pressed to desired casting position with an insulation nail.
  
• A flange prevents the box from sinking too deep into insulation.
  
• Spikes of panel tie will prevent box from rising up during casting.

PIPE INLET RECESS FORM

For providing a grouting recess at the inlet pipe ends in beams and columns.

REBAR SAFETY CAP

• Safety cap is used as warning sign of freely protruding rod ends, for example to prevent tearing of protective cover sheets and improve working safety.
  
• Cap is clearly visible due to its alert colour.
• It is used also as protection in element storage and transportation.

ELEMENT STORAGE WEDGE

Replaces wooden wedges in storaging. Advantages of plastic wedge: moisture proof and endures direct contact with water.

• Cleaning from dirt and dust possible with a high pressure cleaning machine or in an industrial washing machine with mild detergent.
  
• Equipped with anchor rope (approx. 600 mm) enabling wedge to be suspended from element storage rack.
  
• Anchor rope prevents wedge from falling, thus wedge remains clean and is not lost.

FIXING PLATE
